Lone Worker Alarm System
We currently supply and install lone worker alarm systems to the ready mix concrete industry and quarries. The system consists of a walkie-talkie style handset that is carried around on a belt or harness. The handset has an emergency panic button, a pause button and two reset buttons. If the handset does not detect any movement for ninety seconds it will activate an alarm which can then be wired or programmed to do any manner of things such as plant shut down, phone a colleague, send a text message etc.
Silo Protection System
We can supply and install an electrical protection system for your silos. These systems can be designed to your specification depending on your requirements, whether you have one, two or three silos.
The system monitors pressure and level within the silos and can activate a sounder/beacon and shut off any butterfly fill valves after a set time delay. Alternatively we can simply design a system to bolt on to what you currently have.
